[Purchases] I did not receive the product I purchased

If payment process has proceeded succesfully, you can check your purchased product in the mailbox. 


However, delays in payment can happen due to issues of active network (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G), 

or the delivery of payment information with the used stores. 


Close the game completely, and reconnect to visit the [Store] again. 

Please submit any inquiries through the [Customer Center] in case of purchased product did not arrive when you re-visit the [Store].
